Stanton Friedman
Nuclear Physicist-Lecturer Stanton T. Friedman received his BSc. and MSc. Degrees in physics from the University of Chicago in 1955 and 1956. He was employed for 14 years as a nuclear physicist by such companies as GE,GM, Westinghouse, TRW Systems, Aerojet General Nucleonics and McDonnell-Douglas working in such highly advanced, classified, eventually cancelled programs as nuclear aircraft, fission and fusion rockets, and various compact nuclear power-plants for space and terrestrial applications. He became interested in UFOs in 1958, and since 1967 has lectured about them at more than 600 colleges and 100 professional groups in 50 U.S. states, 9 Canadian provinces and 16 other countries in addition to various nuclear consulting efforts. He has published more than 90 UFO papers and has appeared on hundreds of radio and TV programs including on Larry King in 2007 and twice in 2008, and many documentaries. He is the original civilian investigator of the Roswell Incident and co-authored “Crash at Corona: The Definitive Study of the Roswell Incident”. TOP SECRET/MAJIC his controversial book about the Majestic 12 group, established in 1947 to deal with alien technology, was published in 1996 and went through 6 printings. An expanded new edition was published in 2005. Stan was presented with a Lifetime UFO Achievement Award in Leeds, England, in 2002, by UFO Magazine of the UK. He is co-author with Kathleen Marden (Betty Hill’s Niece) of a book in 2007: “Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience”. His book “Science Was Wrong” with Kathleen Marden was published in June 2010. He has provided written testimony to Congressional Hearings, appeared twice at the UN, and been a pioneer in many aspects of ufology including Roswell, Majestic 12, The Betty Hill-Marjorie Fish star map work, analysis of the Delphos, Kansas, physical trace case, crashed saucers, flying saucer technology, and challenges to the S.E.T.I. (Silly Effort To Investigate) cultists. He has spoken at more MUFON Symposia than anyone else. Friedman is a dual citizen of the USA and Canada.
Kathleen Marden
Scientific UFOlogist Kathleen Marden earned her B.A. in Social Work at the University of New Hampshire in 1971. She then entered into graduate studies in Education at the University of Cincinnati and later at U.N.H. She began her professional career as a social worker and eventually entered the field of education as a teacher. She was promoted to a supervisory position coordinating education programs and supervising education staff. In 1990, she left her job to pursue a career as a UFO investigator, researcher and writer. She taught adult education classes on UFO and abduction history and for 10 years volunteered as the Mutual UFO Network’s Director of Field Investigator Training. In 2003, MUFON publicly recognized her for her outstanding contribution of advancing the scientific study of the UFO phenomenon by dedicating the annual MUFON International UFO Proceedings to her. She is a historian and UFO abduction researcher with a unique approach to the specialty where tangible evidence is often elusive. As the niece of Betty and Barney Hill, Marden had the opportunity to observe and learn from many of the great late abduction researchers in action. As such, she takes to task the pseudo-skeptics who fail to do their research but who disseminate false and misleading information with regard to several of the high profile substantial evidence abduction cases. She is currently a full time writer and lecturer. Several of her articles have been published in UFO magazines. She has also written papers on the use and the misuse of hypnosis in abduction investigations, the ethical use of hypnosis in abduction investigations, the comparative analysis of the Betty and Barney Hills’ statements made under hypnotic regression versus Betty Hill’s dream account of abduction. Also written is a critical analysis of the Harvard false memory study of self reported UFO experiencers and “The Conundrum of Alien Abduction”. Her 2007 book “Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience” with co-author Stanton Friedman is a case study of her aunt and uncle 1961 UFO close encounter and abductions. She also co-authored with Friedman “Science Was Wrong.” Marden has appeared on television and radio programs in the U.S., Canada and Europe, including the History and Discovery Channels, NH Chronicle, Fox News and Coast to Coast AM. She has lectured at major conferences and colleges throughout the United States.
Yvonne R. Smith
Hypnotherapist/abduction researcher Yvonne Smith began researching the UFO phenomenon in the late 1980s. After 2 years of studies and 1000 hours of internship at the California Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the only accredited Hypnosis College in the United States; she received her hypnotherapy certification in 1990. Specializing in cases of posttraumatic stress disorder, she uses her hypnotherapy skills to assist such victims to work through their anxiety, with many of her subjects referred to her by physicians and psychiatrists who believe Smith's expertise can benefit their patients. In fact, many such patients are themselves doctors, university professors, engineers, lawyers, domestic and foreign pilots and other professionals. Because Smith [who is internationally known in UFO circles as simply “hypnotherapist Yvonne”] observed that many of the PTSD cases being referred to her involved subjects describing similar patterns of UFO abduction encounters, she founded Close Encounters Resource Organization [CERO] as a support group for such individuals in 1992. She is also on the board of the Organization for Paranormal Understanding and Support (OPUS) which furthers support for such subjects. In addition to being a hypnotherapist "in demand", since 1991 Yvonne has traveled extensively, presenting lectures in the United States at M.I.T. and several other universities, at many American "UFO" conferences. The International UFO Museum & Research Center at Roswell, NM annually invites Smith to present multiple lectures, be a panel member and be moderator of their investigator panel at Roswell’s internationally known UFO Festival. She has lectured and conducted many standing-room-only experiencer sessions at the International UFO Congress in Laughlin, Nevada, U.S.A. and has also lectured for several years at international conferences from South America to Europe. Comfortable in front of cameras, Smith's 25-30 television appearances have included programs such as The History, Discovery, and Biography channels, The Montel Williams Show, Intruders, MSNBC, Encounters, Sightings, Joan Rivers, Rosanne Barr and The Leeza Show. She was interviewed on Germany T.V. and Italian television for broadcast to Italy and other European countries. Telemundo T.V. selected Smith to participate in a project with Jaime Maussan and Dr. Roger Leir. Having her living room turned into a television "studio" for many hours has been a common occurrence, and she is frequently a consultant to producers, directors and actors for movies and television programs in the works. In 2009, the Biography Channel featured Smith’s regressive hypnotherapy on “Alien Intent” which was co-produced and narrated by prize winning author Whitley Strieber and also featured well-known surgeon Dr.Roger Leir. She is the author of CHOSEN: Recollections of UFO Abductions Through Hypnotherapy which exposes, with dramatic regressive hypnotherapy transcripts, the hidden memory trauma reality suffered by abductees.
Tom Carey
UFO Researcher/Investigator Thomas J. Carey, was born and raised Philadelphia. He attended public schools where he was competitive in three sports. He attended Temple University on an athletic scholarship and graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. After a stint in the Air Force where he possessed a TOP Secret/Crypto clearance, Carey became interested in anthropology and human evolution which he pursued at California State University, Sacramento. He received a Masters Degree in Anthropology. He then received a fellowship to pursue a Ph.D. in anthropology at the University of Toronto. Carey became interested in UFO’s while in high school and rekindled that interest when he became the MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) State Section Director for Southeastern Pennsylvania (1986-2002). In that capacity, Carey investigated local UFO sightings in the Delaware Valley which encompasses the five-county area surrounding Philadelphia. Since 1991, his research has focused solely on the so-called “Roswell Incident” and the alleged retrieval/cover-up by the U.S. government of an alien spaceship and crew that crashed near the town of Roswell, New Mexico in July 1947. In this research, he has worked closely with Roswell investigators Kevin Randle (until 1996) and Don Schmitt (since 1998). He was a Special Investigator for CUFOS (the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies) from 1992-1997 and served on the Board of Directors from 1997-2001. Carey’s research has contributed to a number of books and articles on the Roswell Incident such as The Truth About the UFO Crash at Roswell (1994) by Kevin Randle and Donald Schmitt and will ultimately yield additional books and articles on the subject. He has also appeared as a guest on many radio and television shows concerning the Roswell Incident as well as appearing in numerous Roswell Incident documentaries. He has lectured all over the country regarding the subject. His photo appears in the Hall of Fame for the International UFO Museum for his work on the Roswell Incident. With Schmitt, he was the investigative consultant for the highly acclaimed and top-rated 2002 Sci Fi Channel documentary The Roswell Crash: Startling New Evidence. He has appeared on Larry King Live, CN8 Weekend Live, Fox News Channel, History Channel, Sci Fi Investigates, Travel Channel, Coast to Coast AM with George Noory and the Jeff Rense show.
Diana Perla Chapa
UFO Researcher Diana Perla Chapa is considered a serious female Mexican researcher of the UFO phenomena. After having an experience at age 9 years, she got interested in the investigation of the phenomena, doing it professionally and not for profit for over 30 years. She is the Founder, the Director for 18 years of OVNI CLUB NUEVO LEON (Mexico), when a series of sightings called the attention of the media, media where she was a leader of opinion through her own TV show “Women” broadcasted by air and cable throughout Mexico. She has become the Mexican pioneer woman of massive public diffusion of the phenomena in TV, Printed Press and Radio, even when threatened with losing her job as TV host and producer in national Mexican television. Mrs. Diana Perla Chapa is a hard field researcher and videos, photographs and film analyst with the available professional equipment at her reach. She is also a frequent guest at national and international television to talk about the UFO phenomena, recently for The History Channel. Guest speaker and presenter at both national and international congresses and conventions, her motto is “Because we know, not because we believe.”
Kevin Randle
Researcher/author Kevin Randle has, for more than forty years, studied the UFO phenomena in all its various incarnations. Training by the Army as a helicopter pilot, intelligence officer and military policeman as well Air Force training as both an intelligence officer and a public affairs officer provide Randle with a keen insight into the operations and protocols of the military, their investigations into UFOs and into a phenomenon that has puzzled people for more than a century. Randle’s educational background is as diverse as his military experience. As an undergraduate at the University of Iowa, he studied anthropology. Graduate work included journalism, psychology and military science at the University of Iowa, California Coast University and the American Military University. He has both a master and doctoral degree in psychology and a second master degree in the Art of Military Science. During his investigations, Randle has traveled the United States to interview hundreds of witnesses who were involved in everything from the Roswell, New Mexico crash of 1947, to the repeated radar sightings of UFOs over Washington, D.C. in 1952, to the latest of the abduction cases. Randle was among the first writers to review the declassified Project Blue Book files. He was among the first to report on animal mutilations and among the first to report on alien abductions. Randle also was the first to report the alien home invasions and among the first to suggest humans working with the aliens. He has written extensively on UFOs beginning in 1973 with articles in various national magazines. He has published many books about UFOs starting with “The UFO Casebook in 1989 and continuing to Roswell Revisited in 2007. His recent book is “Crash: When UFOs Fall from the Sky.” Randle was away from his UFO studies when recalled to active duty with the Army that included a tour in Iraq from 2003-2004. He retired from the Army and the Iowa National Guard as a lieutenant colonel in 2009.
Robert Salas
Robert Salas is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, class of 1964. He served seven years on active duty before separating from the Air Force in 1971. While on active duty, he worked as a Weapons Controller, flew target drones, commanded inter-continental ballistic missiles as a launch officer and worked as an Air Force missile propulsion engineer on the Titan III program. In 1969, he earned a Masters Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology. From 1971-73, he worked as a safety and reliability engineer for Martin-Marietta Aerospace and Rockwell International on Space Shuttle design proposals. From 1974 until his retirement in 1995, he worked for the Federal Aviation Administration as an aircraft structures certification engineer. In 1998, he earned a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Washington. From 1998-2005, he worked as a high school mathematics teacher. He currently teaches science at a private school and tutors students in mathematics. In 2005, he published the book Faded Giant with co-author James Klotz which details his UFO incident while stationed at Malmstrom AFB, Montana in 1967. Salas has been publicly speaking about his incident at UFO conferences, radio and television for over sixteen years. On September 27, 2010, he co-sponsored a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington DC where he and six other ex-military witnesses testified to the reality of the UFO incidents at U.S. nuclear weapons bases.
Donald Schmitt
UFO Researcher/Investigator Donald R. Schmitt is the former co-director of the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies in Chicago where he served as Director of Special Investigations for 10 years. Prior to that time, he was a special investigator for the late Dr. J. Allen Hynek and the art director for the International UFO Reporter. Schmitt graduated from MATC with a degree in Commercial Art and graduated cum laude from Concordia University with a degree in Liberal Arts. He is currently taking graduate courses in Criminal Justice. He is author of numerous articles about UFOs as well as the co-author of two best-selling books UFO Crash at Roswell, The Truth About the UFO Crash at Roswell, Witness To Roswell, unmasking the 60 year cover up and Roswell, The Chronological Pictorial. He has appeared on Oprah, CBS 48 Hours, Larry King Live, CNN News just to name a few. Schmitt has led and organized the three only archeological dig projects at the actual Roswell crash/debris field conducted in 1989, 2002 and 2006. The second effort became the central theme of the highest rated show up to that time in the history of the Sci Fi Channel The Roswell Crash: Startling New Evidence. He is an internationally known lecturer including Battelle Institute. Derrel Sims
UFO Investigator/researcher Derrel W. Sims had his first encounter with an alien presence more than forty years ago. As he grew older, he experienced a malignant contact with these alien beings that would alter his life forever. Travis Walton
Travis Walton is the subject of the Paramount Studios movie, Fire in the Sky, based on his book of the same name. On November 5, 1975 he was a 22 year-old member of a seven-man logging crew cutting trees in the forested mountain region of Arizona. On the way home from work, the crew encountered a strange glowing object, resulting in an incident that has become recognized as the best documented case of alien abduction ever recorded. Walton recklessly left the safety of their truck to take a closer look. Suddenly as he walked toward the light, he was blasted back by a bolt of mysterious energy. Paola Leopizzi Harris
Paola Leopizzi Harris (Italy/Europe/Vatican) www.paolaharris.com is an Italo-American photojournalist and investigative reporter in the field of extraterrestrial related phenomena research. She is also a widely published free-lance writer, especially in Europe. She has studied extraterrestrial related phenomena since 1979 and is on personal terms with many of the leading researchers in the field. From 1980-1986 she assisted Dr. J. Allen Hynek with his UFO investigations and has interviewed many top military witnesses concerning their involvement in the government truth embargo. She has been an investigator of the UFO Phenomena for the last 30 years.
In 1997, Ms. Harris met and interviewed Col. Philip Corso in Roswell, New Mexico and became a personal friend and confidante. She was instrumental in having his book The Day After Roswell, for which she wrote the preface, translated into Italian. She has just written the preface for the Italian edition of Dr. Edgar Mitchell, Apollo 14 astronaut’s book, The Way of the Explorer.
She returned to Roswell, New Mexico in the summer of 2003 for the American debut of her book - Connecting the Dots; Making Sense of the UFO Phenomena. She debuted her second book in Roswell at the 60th anniversary celebration. It is entitled - Exopolitics: How does one speak to a Ball of Light? Exopolitical Challenges and Protocols for Future Contact and it speaks of the Orb and Light Sphere Phenomena including the spheres seen during StS-75 NASA Footage. Her third book Exopolitics: All the Above is dedicated to George Noory, Coast to Coast AM radio host, has become a best seller. Her latest book - Exopolitics: Gateway to a New Reality, debuting January 2011 is filled with credible witness testimonies interviews and spiritual solutions to transforming Planet Earth.
She is interviewed in the Video Fastwalkers released by Safespace Producer Robert Miles and she appears in New Paradigm Films' UFO and ET documentary The Day Before Disclosure. Her Interview of Canadian Ex Minister of Defense Paul Hellyer has been translated into six languages and is currently on Utube video.

Frank Kimbler
Frank Kimbler is an Assistant Professor of the Earth Science at the New Mexico Military Institute. He is a relatively new researcher in the field of UFO studies but has made some interesting discoveries. He has worked as a professional geologist for more than 30 years and has taught school for almost 1/2 of that time. He has worked as an oceanographer for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and as a mining engineer for the State of Arizona. He moved to New Mexico in 2009 after accepting a teaching position at the New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell. Shortly after moving to Roswell he took a keen interest in the story behind the Roswell UFO incident. His research has resulted in the discovery of a number of physical artifacts from the debris field area including metallic fragments, plastic, metallic buttons, and a 50-caliber bullet (WW2 era). His research has been featured on a number of Internet talk shows and two up-coming National Geographic TV programs about UFO's. He does not like secrets and is dedicated to discovering answers and using good science.
Dr. David Rudiak
David Rudiak has a Bachelor's in Physics and a Doctor of Optometry from
the University of California, Berkeley plus graduate training in
biophysics and neurophysiology. He has done research and published
scientific papers on brain wave recording to visual stimuli and visual
stimulation with magnetic brain stimulators. He has used this scientific
research background to debunk claims that alien abduction reports are the
result of weak Earth magnetic fields causing hallucinations in the brain.
Besides the Roswell Festival, at which he was first a speaker in 2009, he
has also been a speaker at the Aztec and Ozark UFO conferences. In
Ufology, his main area of expertise is the alleged Roswell saucer crash of
1947, which he has been studying since 1994. He is perhaps best known for
his work on reading the telex photographed in Gen. Roger Ramey's hand as
Ramey tried to debunk the Roswell crash as a weather balloon. Ramey's memo
mentions "the victims of the wreck" and shipping something "in the disc,
words and phrases which he and others consider to be smoking gun proof
that a saucer crash really happened. His work on Ramey's memo was first
publicly presented on a 2002 Sci Fi Channel special on Roswell and another
TV Roswell documentary by NBC TV in 2007. At the 2012 Festival, he will
update new work and insights on the Ramey memo. In addition, he has done
extensive research on other facets of the Roswell case, such as compiling
the largest newspaper collection of how the story was reported at the time
and how the military ran a debunkery campaign afterward to debunk Roswell
and the newly appeared flying saucers seen all over the country. He has
compiled a 60 page list of anomalous crash debris descriptions from many
Roswell military and civilian witnesses. His research has also be used to
debunk the Air Force's modern Mogul balloon explanation. Many affidavits
and essays on key Roswell witnesses can be found at his website. He has
also dug into and done write-ups on the 1965 Kecksburg and 1967 Shag
Harbor UFO crashes and the 1965 Socorro UFO landing.. Other extensive
research has been done on the 1994 Nevada Nellis Range UFO and a 1950 UFO
